1. window > preferences > Run/Debug > Launching > (выбери Never в Launch in debug mode when workspace contains breakpoints )
или
2. window > preferences > Run/Debug > perspectives > Flex Application > (у меня так выставленно [Debug] – Flex Debugging; [Run] – None; [Profile] – Flex Profiling;

К стати советуют удалять Beta 1 перед тем как делать Beta 2.

ну или если ты хоткеи устанавливал, то мог промазать )
